Our Services

We do not do band-aids -- and we do not do the woo-woo either. We build real connection, real skills, and real healing right here, where the land meets the people and community connects with what matters most: honesty, resilience, and the will to do better. We are an enrolled Medi-Cal provider offering both clinical and non-clinical services across our region -- because real care should be accessible to real people. This is for the ones walking the trail -- not perfect, but present.

Healing Currents Person and Evidence-Centered Recovery

Currently meeting virtually while we prepare to launch as a full program rooted in communities across our region. Healing Currents is for anyone working on themselves -- whether you are sober, sober curious, or simply ready to try something different. We pull from evidence-based practices and real talk from people who have been there. Abstinence is the most effective path, and we also know that everyone's journey looks different. No shame. No pressure. Just honest support and the possibility of change.

Come as you are. Let the current carry you forward.

Date Night Revival Relational Health for Couples

Relationships take work -- and in rural communities, the resources to support them have always been hard to find. Date Night Revival is a couples program designed to strengthen connection, improve communication, and bring some intentionality back into your relationship. No couch, no clinical feel -- just real conversations, guided experiences, and time invested in each other.

Grove + Field Community Building & Connection

Healing does not only happen in a therapy room -- sometimes it happens on a trail, at a fishing hole, or around a table with neighbors you have not met yet. Grove + Field is RSR's community programming -- the hikes, the fishing trips, the community nights and gatherings that bring people together across our region.

No agenda. No pressure. Just real people showing up for each other in the places we call home.

Rooted where we stand. Growing where we can.

Two Trees Real Rural Mental Health Education & Support

Two things can be true at once -- life can be heavy, and healing can still happen. Two Trees is a virtual bi-weekly program that holds space for both. One gathering we dig into a different mental health topic from every angle -- lived experience, family, providers, and community voices. The next we focus on real tools -- communication, coping skills, and honest conversations about living well with what we carry.

No experts talking at you. Just people learning together.

Two trees. Two truths. One strong community.

Meetings are every Wednesday

Rooted Reach Real 1:1 Support from People Who Get It

Life gets complicated -- early sobriety, mental health struggles, housing instability, chronic illness, or just trying to get back on track after everything fell apart. Rooted Reach wraps real, human support around you wherever you are.

Our Community Health Workers are trained neighbors and peers who walk beside you -- doctor visits, phone calls, emotional check-ins, and everything in between so you are not navigating it alone. Our Community Supports services address the basics that make everything else possible -- food, housing, health access, and daily living skills for people managing ongoing health conditions, recovery, or major life changes. We meet you in your home, at the park, or anywhere you feel safe. We move at your pace.

No judgment. No red tape. Just real people helping real people feel seen, supported, and steady.

Life After Loss Grief Has No Single Shape

Loss does not only look like death. It looks like a custody agreement that changed everything. A marriage that ended. A job that was gone overnight. A friendship that quietly disappeared. The version of yourself you had to leave behind. Even the substances that got you through -- until they didn't.

Whatever you have lost, it deserves to be grieved. Life After Loss is a program for anyone carrying that weight, in whatever form it takes. We create space to process, to heal, and to find what comes next -- without rushing you through it or telling you how to feel.

Loss is real. So is what comes after.

Sierra Refuge -- Therapy

A refuge, then and now.

Not stiff. Not clinical. Not out of reach. We offer real therapy -- in person or virtual -- for people who have struggled to find someone who takes their insurance, fits their budget, or just feels honest enough to trust. We accept Medi-Cal and we look at the whole person, not just the diagnosis.

We will never make you feel less than. We will never tell you how to feel or how to live. We are here to walk alongside you while you figure that out for yourself.

Wild Belonging Coming Soon

Somewhere along the way the outdoors became a luxury -- gear, fees, and guided experiences priced out of reach for the people who need it most. We refuse to accept that. The land does not belong to those with the most money. It belongs to all of us, and it has always known how to heal.

Wild Belonging is RSR's outdoor-integrated program currently in development, bringing nature-based healing experiences directly to the communities we serve -- no price tag, no barriers. We believe the relationship goes both ways. When we show up for the land -- tending it, protecting it, learning from it -- it shows up for us. Healing and conservation are not separate things. They never were.

Stay tuned. This one is worth the wait. Sign ups are open

How To get Started

Fill out our Get Started or Sign up form -- it takes just a few minutes and helps us understand who you are and what you are looking for

02

We reach out within 72 hours -- a real person from our team will contact you personally to learn more and answer any questions

03

We figure out the right fit together -- we will talk through which services make the most sense for you, your needs, and your schedule and build a plan based on what YOU want

04

We handle the paperwork -- insurance, Medi-Cal, sliding scale, or free options -- we will work through it with you so cost is not a barrier. When we say we want to make this stuff accessible, we mean it

05

You show up as you are -- no perfection required, no judgment, just the next step forward with effort to get where you are shooting for

Cost Questions?

We get it -- cost is usually the first thing that stops people from reaching out. We do not want that to be the reason you do not get support. We have options and we will work through them with you honestly. No surprises, no pressure.
