We beleive you shouldn't live to work, you should live to live. Our founder is a former foster youth who is passionate about justice and integrity and is diligently working to create something for the community receiving services as well as those providing services.

Our services focus on wellness, recovery, and community support rather than clinical mental health care at this time. However, we aim to create a nurturing space that complements traditional therapy and supports overall well-being in the next six months. We are building a community and structure to keep things accessible and different from any mental health services you have seen before (and if you know our founder, you know she will deliver this)
