Built by the underdogs, for the underdogs.

We’re a rural nonprofit led by people who’ve lived it—former foster youth, veterans, folks in recovery, and others who’ve faced mental health struggles, justice involvement, and hard times in small towns. We’re here to offer real support that meets people where they are.
We help with life transitions, chronic illness, stress, and finding a way forward. You don’t need a diagnosis—just a desire to make a change. Our services follow the Enhanced Care Management and Community Supports model, which basically means we walk alongside you to sort things out, connect you with resources, and offer emotional support along the way.
Our programs include:
-
Saturday Night Market – A free, family-friendly event to lift up local business and bring people together.
-
Two Trees – Community mental health nights with tools, education, and safe conversations.
-
Reelin’ Hope – Monthly fishing trips for veterans, plus an annual derby.
-
Therapy Waitlist – Counseling services are coming soon, and the waitlist is open.
We believe connection, healing, and change are possible—especially in rural places like ours.
