River Sage Revival was built by those who needed it and couldn't find it. It was built for everyone who watched someone they love struggle while the system shrugged. For everyone who asked for help and got a door closed in their face -- over and over. For those who had no choice but to keep going, who found ways to survive that weren't always pretty, who made it through on fumes and sheer will. This is for the ones who wanted community, support, and hope when there was almost none left to find.

River Sage Revival is a rural nonprofit rooted in the communities we serve -- from Tehachapi to Mammoth, Ridgecrest to Lake Isabella. We are led by people who have lived it. Former foster youth, folks in recovery, people who know what it means to sit in a hard place with nowhere to turn. We built this from the ground up and we are still building -- with integrity, with intention, and with deep respect for the people and land we call home.

We offer clinical and non-clinical services because we know healing does not look the same for everyone. Enhanced Care Management is an intensive, person-centered service for those navigating the most complex layers of life -- chronic illness, housing instability, mental health, substance use, and more. It means someone is actually in your corner, helping you sort through the noise, connect with the right resources, and stay on track. Community Supports fill the gaps that traditional healthcare was never designed to address -- things like transportation, housing navigation, and the kind of practical help that makes everything else possible. Neither requires a therapy appointment or a diagnosis. Just a willingness to let someone walk alongside you.
