• Therapy Services Yes, we provide therapy. All clinical services are supervised by Chrystina Pope, LMFT (CA License #82943) to ensure licensed, professional care within a safe and supportive environment.

• Elder Grove A monthly gathering for elders, caregivers, and loved ones navigating aging and loss. This circle offers reflection, connection, and support in a clinician-supervised setting.

• Healing Currents Recovery Meetings Weekly, peer-led recovery meetings held virtually on Zoom (Mondays, 7–8 PM). We blend Dharma Recovery practices, land wisdom, and evidence-based peer-reviewed articles to create a trauma-informed, holistic path for recovery.

• Two Trees A community-based mental health education and support group, focused on accessible and rural-aware strategies for well-being. A space to learn, share, and strengthen resilience together.

We are based in Kern County, California, priviing services in rural communities in Kern, Mono, and Inyo. Services are by request and also virtual offerings.
