IT Tech Support Requirements
Candidates must have experience providing technical support in fast-paced environments, with the ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and security issues across multiple sites. Applicants must be able to respond quickly, communicate clearly, and translate technical information into language that is easy for non–tech-savvy staff and community partners to understand. Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant systems, Medi-Cal documentation platforms, and DHCS-aligned technology requirements is preferred. Because River Sage Revival provides ECM and Community Supports services across rural and frontier counties, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, current registration and insurance, and a safe driving record are required for regional travel. Lived experience relevant to the communities served is valued. Candidates must be organized, patient, and capable of maintaining secure, user-friendly systems that support staff working in the field and in remote areas.
