Requirements

Program Manager Requirements


Minimum three years of experience in program management, care coordination, case management, social services, or a related field. Demonstrated experience supervising staff or leading teams in a community health, behavioral health, or social services setting. Equivalent combinations of education, lived experience, and transferable skills will be considered in place of formal work history. If you have led teams, built systems, or managed community programs in any capacity, we want to hear from you. Valid California driver's license and reliable personal transportation required.
