River Sage Revival is a rural-rooted, community-driven organization dedicated to expanding access to meaningful behavioral health support across Kern, Inyo, and Mono counties. We walk alongside individuals and families through Enhanced Care Management and Community Supports, meeting people where they live, heal, work, and gather. Our work is shaped by the land, the river, and the belief that rural communities deserve the same quality of care, dignity, and opportunity as anywhere else. We build programs that strengthen belonging, reduce barriers, and restore the wellbeing of our neighbors—one relationship, one service, and one community at a time.
