Quality Assurance Analyst Requirements
Candidates must have experience in quality assurance, compliance, or data oversight within behavioral health, community health, or social service settings. Strong knowledge of Medi-Cal documentation standards, DHCS requirements, and ECM/CS service guidelines is essential. Applicants should be skilled in reviewing charts, monitoring fidelity to care models, identifying training needs, and supporting continuous improvement across multi-county rural programs. The role requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clinical, administrative, and field teams. Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, current registration and insurance, and a safe driving record are expected for occasional regional travel throughout Kern, Inyo, Mono, and Tulare counties. Lived experience relevant to the communities served is valued. Candidates must maintain professional integrity, understand confidentiality standards, and be able to navigate complex data systems and reporting requirements.
