Clinical Administrator Requirements
Candidates must hold an active California clinical license (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or licensed psychologist) in good standing, with demonstrated experience providing clinical supervision to trainees and associates in accordance with BBS and DHCS standards. Applicants should have a strong working knowledge of Enhanced Care Management and Community Supports services, Medi-Cal documentation requirements, and the unique needs of rural and frontier communities. Preferred candidates will bring leadership experience, familiarity with program development, and the ability to guide a multidisciplinary team. Lived experience in behavioral health, community care, or rural service delivery is strongly valued. Candidates must carry active professional liability coverage and be eligible to serve as a clinical supervisor under state and institutional guidelines.
