Two Trees

We understand that two things can be true at one time — life can be heavy, and healing can still happen.

This program is a bi-weekly, potluck-style gathering at our CEO's home. When we say we are having real conversations, we mean it; in a real home, with real people, and food.

One week, we focus on learning — sharing a meal and digging into a different mental health experience from all sides: lived experience, family, friends, providers, and local folks. The next, we gather again for real-life tools — communication, coping skills, and honest conversations about how to live well with what we carry.

Every month we cover a new mental health topic (diagnosis, medication struggles, behaviors, coping skills, interventions, etc). This is designed for real peopel to talk and learn in an understandable and relevant way so we can have ahealthier and safer communtiy and relationships.
