About the event
Loss is not only about death. Sometimes it is the loss of a relationship, a role, a dream, a sense of safety, or a version of yourself you thought would last. Life After Loss is a guided support group for people navigating change that feels heavy, disorienting, or unfinished. It offers structure, education, and space to process at your own pace.
