Therapy (Coming Soon, Join Waitlist NOW!)

This isn’t your grandma’s therapy. We meet outdoors, on the homestead, or wherever you feel most at ease — with virtual sessions available, too. We look at the WHOLE person, beyond diagnosis, to understand how you’re doing, why patterns show up, and what supports real change.

It’s real support, in real spaces, with care that fits your life.

🐓 Feather + Root

Self-Sufficiency & Animal Care for Healing

This isn’t a workshop where you just sit and listen — it’s about doing. You’ll learn how to build a chicken coop, care for your flock, and use these simple, daily skills to reconnect with yourself and the land. Each week blends practical homesteading with space for reflection, growth, and community. Clients will have options for chick adoption, coop coaching, and continued mentorship are available for those who want to keep going.

From the coop to the heart — learn by doing, heal as you go.

Grove + Field

Relational Growth & Connection-Building

A down-to-earth program for couples, families, and close friends who want to build stronger, healthier relationships through honest talk, clear boundaries, and time spent doing things together. Each program is shaped to fit your group — your needs, your rhythm, and what matters most to you. We’ll guide you through real, hands-on experiences like outdoor activities, simple workshops, and homestead conversations that help you understand each other better.

Root where you stand. Grow where you can.

Two + Trees

Community Mental Health Education & Support

We understand that two things can be true at one time — life can be heavy, and healing can still happen. This program is a bi-weekly, potluck-style gathering on the land. One week, we focus on learning — sharing a meal and digging into a different mental health experience from all sides: lived experience, family, friends, providers, and local folks. The next, we gather again for real-life tools — communication, coping skills, and honest conversations about how to live well with what we carry.

Two trees. Two truths. One strong community.

Rooted Reach

Real [1:1] Support from People Who Get It

Rooted Reach is River Sage Revival’s program offering real-world support for people going through hard things — from early sobriety and mental health struggles to housing issues, chronic illness, or just trying to get life back on track. We combine two kinds of help: Community Health Workers (CHWs) are trained neighbors and peers who walk beside you, help with doctor visits, phone calls, emotional check-ins, and support — so you’re not navigating it all alone. Community Supports (CS) are services that help with basic needs like food, housing, health access, and daily living skills — especially for people managing ongoing health conditions, recovery, or major life changes. Together, we meet you where you’re at — in your home, at the park, or anywhere you feel safe — and help you move toward what’s next.

No judgment. No red tape. Just real people helping real people feel seen, supported, and steady again.

Reelin Hope

Monthly Veterans Catch-Up

We know that the weight of service doesn’t always end when the uniform comes off — and that healing can look different out here in the quiet places. Reelin’ Hope is a monthly gathering built just for veterans, offering a steady space to fish, connect, and breathe.

Each month, we meet by the water — rods in hand, stories shared, no pressure. It’s not therapy, but it’s therapeutic. A calm check-in. A laugh. A reminder that you’re not alone in this next chapter.

This program is for any veteran — whether you want to cast a line, swap stories, or just show up and be. You served, and now you get to just be.

A steady cast. A natural space. One strong community.

Healin Currents

Weekly Recovery Meetings

We believe recovery isn’t one-size-fits-all — and that healing is strongest when it's grounded in both evidence and connection. Healing Currents is our hybrid recovery meeting space, held in-person and on Zoom, so that no matter where you are, you can still show up.

These aren’t your typical meetings. Rooted in nature and built on real talk, we pull from evidence-based practices, Recovery Dharma,  and other EBP articles on recovery topics. We leave shame at the door and make room for mindfulness, community, and the hard-won truths of people who’ve been there.

There’s no requirement to believe in anything but the possibility of change. Come as you are, and let the current carry you forward.

Evidence-based. Rooted in nature. Open to all paths of recovery.

Cost Questions

Passion to serve

We’re currently working on becoming an insurance-accepting provider. Until then, we offer a mix of sliding scale and free services when funding allows — because healing shouldn’t be out of reach.

We do this work full-time, not as a side hustle. We’re committed to making a living, but we’re not here for profit — we’re here for people like us. Real folks. Real struggles. We’ll always do our best to make sure cost doesn’t keep you from care. Options on Sign Up Form.

We don’t do band-aids — and we don’t do the woo-woo either. We build real connection, real skills, and real healing — right here, where the land meets the people and community connects with what matters: honesty, resilience, and the will to do better. This is for real people with real problems, walking the trail together — not perfect, but present.
